Fibromyalgia Friends

You are not alone

We are a recognised Scottish Charity and support group raising awareness, informing and supporting people with Fibromyalgia.  We are based at the Alliance, in Glasgow where we usually run monthly support meetings for those living with fibromyalgia, as well as providing information through this website and a helpline. We run regular support group meetings (see dates below).

Monthly Meetings

Monthly Meetings - We normally hold support meetings on the 2nd Friday of the month from 12 - 2.30 pm running from February to November.

This is a chance to meet other people, get help and advice, share news & stories and become better informed through a variety of guest speakers, our lending library, and informal discussions on how we can deal with the realities of the condition. Everyone is welcome! If you're interested in coming along, you can just turn up on the day - or get in touch first so that someone from our committee will be there to welcome you.

Information and Links - If you would like to find out more fibromyalgia or our group, please look at our information page where some of our information packs and leaflets are available to download.

Reach Out - It is important to remember you are not alone in what you might be going through. Sometimes just speaking with someone else who knows what you are experiencing can make a difference. You can Contact Us with us by phone or email, and we will do our best to answer your questions or just be a friendly ear to listen.
